Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at DTK FOOD SERVICE INC. O/A SUBWAY. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the food counter, dining area, and kitchen.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Working Conditions:

The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. The position requires standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in a hot kitchen environment.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
