Ethnic Food Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Thai Smile Cuisine Ltd. As an Ethnic Food Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Kitchen Operations: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.

Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
