Job Title: Ethnic Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Thai Smile Cuisine Ltd. As an Ethnic Food Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
