Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
  • Scour pots and pans to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Keep records of the quantities of food used to ensure accurate inventory management
  • Package take-out food and portion and wrap foods to meet customer demands
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer expectations
  • Take customers' orders and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Handle and store cleaning products and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain a well-stocked and organized kitchen
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
