Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Auto Realm Inc. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery used for inventory management.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on inventory management equipment.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies related to inventory management.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting inventory management goals.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory records to ensure accurate tracking of stock levels.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization to ensure efficient inventory management.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
