Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Auto Realm Inc. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery used for inventory management.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies related to inventory management.
  • Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize inventory management and minimize errors.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure seamless inventory management.
Work Environment:

As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and requiring attention to detail. You will work under pressure to ensure the smooth operation of our inventory management system.
