About the Role

CarePartners is seeking a skilled Team Coordinator to join our team. As a Team Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective customer service and communication between patients, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate service schedules while considering relevant factors
  • Inform workers of new assignments and changes to their schedules
  • Enter relevant information into the automated information system/database
  • Produce schedules and reports on a regular basis
  • Receive and manage inbound telephone calls and email inquiries related to service
  • Perform other administrative duties

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education is preferred and one (1) year of job-related experience is required
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office
  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems and databases
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
