Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Alberta Ltd O/A River Rock Grill. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing menu concepts that showcase your culinary skills and creativity.

• Cooking and Menu Planning: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization.
• Kitchen Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, clean kitchen and work areas, manage kitchen operations.
• Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a chef in a similar environment.
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Skills: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, ability to work effectively in a team setting.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
