About the Position
The Chief Technology Officer, Enterprise Infrastructure and Investment Systems will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and implementation of our technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Managing a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success and growth.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Developing and managing budgets for technology initiatives, ensuring effective use of resources and ROI.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years of experience in a senior IT leadership role, with a strong track record of success in managing large-scale technology projects and teams.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams, with a focus on collaboration, communication, and problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of technology trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
