About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Power Systems Engineer to join our team at BBA Consultants. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions for our clients in the Energy and Natural Resources sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement digital power systems based on IEC 61850 standards
  • Lead projects and proposals, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure smart electronic devices
  • Direct testing and commissioning of digital power systems

Requirements

  • University degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the power systems sector
  • Strong knowledge of substation technology and protection relays
  • Proficiency in configuring HMI/SCADA systems and test equipment
  • Ability to travel and work on short- and long-term assignments
