Your key responsibilities will include:

* Building relationships and inspiring loyalty with our customers
* Recommending additional and complimentary products to enhance their beauty experience
* Informing customers of current promotions and events
* Setting up advertising displays and arranging merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events
* Ensuring our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program
* Completing transactions accurately and efficiently
* Maintaining a professional store environment and communicating inventory issues
* Demonstrating our Sally Beauty Culture Values

Requirements:

* Must be able to lift up to lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
