Rupal Beauty Zone is seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our beauty salon and spa services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our beauty therapists and spa staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality services.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon and spa, including inventory management, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to our beauty therapists and spa staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional services.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on salon and spa performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.

Requirements

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a beauty salon or spa environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.

Working Conditions

  • Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
