Job Overview:

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships and inspire loyalty with our customers.
  • Recommend additional and complimentary products to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Inform customers of current promotions and events to drive sales and engagement.
  • Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
  • Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
  • Complete transactions accurately and efficiently to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values to uphold our brand's reputation.
  • Participate in various working schedules and hours to meet the needs of our customers and business.

Requirements:
