At eDecree, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Court Reporter Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position working 15 hours a week.

About the Role

We require an individual with excellent transcription skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for transcribing court records into established formats, verifying transcripts against original recordings, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transcribe court proceedings and documents with high accuracy
  • Verify transcripts against original recordings to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transcription work
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Excellent transcription skills with experience in verbatim transcription
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
