About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Ricky's All Day Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Development
    • Plan and develop new menu items and specials to ensure a diverse and exciting offering for our customers.
    • Work with our culinary team to refine and perfect existing menu items.
  • Chef Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and train our culinary team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to prepare and present high-quality dishes.
    • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to help them improve their performance.
  • Inventory Management and Cost Control
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
    • Monitor and control food costs to ensure that we are operating within budget.
  • Quality Control and Food Safety
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
    • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as a senior chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant or culinary establishment.
    • Degree in culinary arts or related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in menu planning, chef supervision, and inventory management.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
