We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Development Specialist to join our team at the Inuksuk Infant Development Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that promote the cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Supervise and train staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Plan and lead activities that encourage creativity, physical activity, and social interaction among children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to establish and maintain a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in child development, education, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
