About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher - Retail or Wholesale to join our team at Eagle Poultry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and selling high-quality meats to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
  • Cut and trim meats to customer specifications
  • Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
  • Remove bones from meat and weigh meats for sale
  • Cut poultry into parts and price meat products
  • Sell meats to customers and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Dependability, judgement, and reliability
Work Environment
