Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Specialist to join our team at Soucy Chenilles de caoutchouc. As an Equipment Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and developing innovative equipment solutions for our customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include defining project requirements, planning activities, drafting proposals, and overseeing the implementation of projects in our plant. You will also collaborate with various internal departments, communicate project progress, and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
- Knowledge of machine safety standards.
- Experience in equipment development.
- Knowledge in industrial mechanics (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, automation) is an asset.
- Familiarity with SolidEdge or other CAD software.
- Functional English to communicate with our English-speaking clients.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project planning tools.
- Results-oriented.
- Strong planning and communication skills.
- Permanent full-time position, day shift from Monday to Friday.
