Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at ASC(Midland) Facility Limited Partnership. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Development: Create and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and serve high-quality food.
  • Food Cost Control: Manage food costs and inventory to ensure we are operating within budget.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food served meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to achieve our culinary goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as a chef or in a related role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
