Job Title: Sales Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Ann Arbour Consultants Inc.

Job Summary:

The Sales Secretary will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of sales activities. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate sales meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the sales team
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Train other workers on sales procedures and policies
  • Record and prepare minutes of sales meetings and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments
  • Answer electronic enquiries and respond to customer inquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support sales activities
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries for sales team members
  • Greet customers and direct them to sales contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent full-time position
  • 30 hours per week
  • English language required
