The Mason Group Inc is seeking a skilled Demand Planning Operations Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for managing supply chain operations, ensuring timely and adequate product supply, and working with intercompany suppliers across Europe, USA, and global third-party suppliers.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, and operations. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, PPT, Project) is also required. Good interpersonal skills are essential for dealing with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing supply chain operations and ensuring timely product supply
  • Monitoring monthly sales and developing monthly demand forecasts
  • Reviewing and approving local demand reviews with SOP teams
  • Collaborating with regulatory, QA, marketing team, and 3PL vendor to execute new SKU launches and ensure compliance with all requirements
  • Communicating supply chain information to wider teams and resolving issues

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Project Management.
