Technical Leadership

As a Senior Principal – HVDC, you will lead the development of technical specifications for large HVDC and complex offshore grid projects. Your expertise will drive the front-end engineering and design phase, ensuring seamless coordination with project owners. You will oversee procurement and tendering activities, supporting the project owners in various phases. Additionally, you will facilitate collaboration between local and global teams, ensuring smooth project execution. Your responsibilities will include daily business support, resource planning, sales and operations planning, recruitment, and management of consultants and contractors. You will ensure that all project activities are carried out according to policies, quality standards, and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
