Senior Reporting Specialist

Haleon is a world-leading consumer health company that is shaping the future of everyday health. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reporting Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a complete, accurate, and timely set of IFRS reporting for an entity or cluster of smaller entities.
  • Oversee month-end-close activities, ensuring they are carried out in a robust and efficient manner by our partner BPO.
  • Ensure compliance with ICFW and SOX requirements, driving control remediation where necessary.
  • Review Balance Sheet Reconciliations, drive quality, and resolve open items, assessing BS healthiness and surfacing risks to be addressed.
  • Support process improvements, resolve deficiencies, and lead overall performance on high-level.
  • Produce routine analyses, schedules, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare audit deliverables as required.
Requirements:
  • Accounting degree or qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • 4 years of post-qualification experience or post-degree.
  • Experience in Financial Reporting or Audit Firm.
  • Practical experience with IFRS.
  • Experience of working in a Control/SOX environment.
  • Excel skills a must.
  • Previous experience of SAP preferred.
  • Developed analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Fluent English (minimum C1).
