About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reporting Specialist to join our team at Haleon. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, including IFRS reporting, for our entities and clusters.
  • Oversee month-end-close activities, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with ICFW and SOX requirements, driving control remediation where necessary.
  • Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support process improvements, resolving deficiencies and leading overall performance.
  • Produce routine analyses, schedules, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare audit deliverables as required.

Requirements

  • Accounting degree or qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • 4 years of post-qualification experience or post-degree.
  • Experience in financial reporting or audit firms.
  • Practical experience with IFRS.
  • Experience working in a control/SOX environment.
  • Excel skills are essential.
  • Previous experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Developed analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Fluent English (minimum C1).
