About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecommunications Field Technician to join our team. As a key member of our installation and maintenance crew, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining aerial and underground telephone equipment, testing equipment to locate transmission faults, and completing and maintaining test and service reports.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in telecommunications or a related field
- Other trades certificate or diploma
- Ability to climb and work aloft on poles, ladders, or other support structures
- Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads
- Fast-paced environment and attention to detail
You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
