Job Title: Social Media Specialist

We're seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to shape and execute our content strategy, enhance our digital presence, and drive engagement across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and publish social content (text, images, and videos) that resonates with our audience and reflects our core themes of hormonal health and data-driven wellness.
  • Collaborate with medical advisors to create engaging social media campaigns with accurate information.
  • Write compelling captions that engage our followers, adapting tone and perspective for each platform.
  • Coordinate partnerships with like-minded influencers and content creators.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and innovations in health and wellness, optimizing our strategy for maximum impact.
  • Build and nurture our online community, fostering conversations around topics like hormone health, lifestyle changes for better wellness, and long-term health improvement.
  • Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages, and ensuring all questions are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and analyze social media analytics to derive insights and refine our strategy accordingly.
Qualifications:
  • English speaker and writer with excellent copywriting skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in Community Management with a proven ability to build and engage online communities.
  • Proficient with Figma or other design tools, video creation and editing software, social media tools, and social performance analysis.
  • Passionate about hormonal health, data-driven health improvement, lifestyle changes for better wellness, and emerging healthcare trends like longevity and precision health.
  • Experience with communicating complex health and wellness topics to an online audience is a bonus.
