NOSH CAFE Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at NOSH CAFE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our café.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we always have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
