Gas Station Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Operations Manager to join our team at Gateway of Niagara Convenience. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our gas station, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Study market trends and consumer behavior to inform merchandise and service offerings.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or gas station management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in point of sale systems and electronic mail.
