Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Bawa Property Management Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards, adhering to relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and team members, to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $100,001 - $500,000 per year.
  • Benefits: Free parking available, 35 hours per week, and a permanent position.
