We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees in the warehouse environment.

Job Summary

The Health and Safety Manager will oversee the implementation and maintenance of health and safety policies and procedures across our warehouse operations. This includes conducting regular site audits, providing training and guidance to employees, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

In this role, you will work closely with operations teams to develop and implement solutions to reduce risk and improve workplace safety. You will also be responsible for communicating with senior leadership to ensure alignment with company objectives and goals.

About the Role
  • Lead the development and implementation of health and safety strategies and initiatives
  • Conduct regular site audits to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for mitigation
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety policies and procedures
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with operations teams to develop and implement solutions to reduce risk and improve workplace safety
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Proven track record of reducing injuries and improving workplace safety
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Range

$110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience

This is a full-time position based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
