As a Senior Executive Rewards Consultant, you will be part of our Career Consulting team in Calgary, working with top-level executives and HR leaders to optimize business performance through strategies that enable organizations to better manage, reward, and engage their people. Key Responsibilities: * Develop executive compensation strategies, philosophies, and programs that address clients' attraction and retention needs. * Provide consulting services to senior management and boards on a variety of remuneration issues, including competitiveness of pay, performance, measurement, and governance and regulatory implications. * Design short-term and long-term incentive programs that reinforce the clients' strategic objectives. * Provide consulting services on broader Human Capital issues and/or market trends. * Generate revenue through development of new client relationships and building and maintaining strong client relationships, which will ideally lead to opportunities for project extensions, cross-selling, and referrals to new prospects. * Assess current pay and program features, relative to the market and to the clients' unique situations. * Lead day-to-day interaction with clients. * Structure and/or review client deliverables. * Structure, direct, review, and interpret analyses performed by the project team. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree required. * At least 8+ years' relevant work experience in executive compensation. * Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills. * Strong financial and business acumen. * Knowledge of HR business processes. * Strong finance and accounting skills. * Proven project management skills and creative problem-solving abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
