Delivery Lead

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Communications Composition team, you will be responsible for coordinating development and delivery activities to ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and experience leading release management activities for successful product launches. You will be responsible for overseeing all project activities and team members to ensure program goals and objectives are accomplished within approved time frames, scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day execution of program activities
- Manage sub-projects and activities for the entire program
- Ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures
- Coordinate communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed
- Manage client stakeholders for support on existing deliverables as well as new functions as part of project execution
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or technical equivalent
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Delivery Lead with a minimum of 7+ years of hands-on development experience
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Proficiency in Service Now and similar ticketing tools
- Hands-on experience leading release management activities for successful delivery of product launches
