Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using project management tools

  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation
  • Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope and identify potential crises
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members and contractors
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related fields
  • PMP Certification or strong familiarity with project management software
  • 5+ years of direct work experience in project management, including process development and execution
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience coordinating and supporting IT business processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage project team resources, budget, change requests, and timeline
  • Experience in warehouse, distribution, 3PL, and transportation operations/industries is a benefit
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel
  • Familiar with programming languages, database, and operating systems
  • Competent understanding of current Internet technologies
