About the Role:

Vintage Hotels is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategies and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing market research data, developing communication strategies, and directing the marketing efforts of our establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and activities
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with our target audience
  • Direct the marketing team to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns
  • Evaluate the marketing strategies used by our competitors and identify areas for improvement
  • Review and edit written materials, such as reports and press releases, to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
