We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Specialist to join our team at David Aplin Recruiting. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls and providing timely and efficient collection of the company's Accounts Receivables.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collect and process Accounts Receivables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Analyze requests for credit extension on new and existing accounts, and make recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Bilingual in French (spoken and written).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Experience with SAP or other accounting software is an asset.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel.
- A competitive hourly rate.
