We are seeking a skilled Business Leader to join our Retail Banking team in Laval, Quebec.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team and driving business growth through innovative strategies. As a Business Leader, you will be responsible for leading change, allocating resources, and meeting the needs of the community.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through multiple channels
  • Lead teams to deliver results and improve client experiences
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to enhance employee engagement
  • Coach teams on client advice and education, problem resolution, and digital enablement
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Mutual Funds accreditation (IFIC or CSC) and 2+ years of licensed mutual funds sales experience within the last 3 years
  • Completed a mutual fund branch management exam or ability to write one within 4 months
  • Minimum 3 years in a people management role
  • Bilingualism (English and French)
