We are seeking a highly skilled Ophthalmic Medical Assistant to join our team at Nand K. Goel Professional Corporation. As an Ophthalmic Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing clinical support to our ophthalmologists and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer eye drops, ointments, and medications as directed by ophthalmologists
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and administrative tasks
  • Operate ophthalmic testing and measuring instruments
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Take patients' general medical and ophthalmic history
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience an asset
