Axel Insurance Brokers (Peel) seeks an Administrative Officer to spearhead the implementation of administrative policies and procedures. This role is responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative processes, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain effective communication channels and ensure seamless workflow.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

In terms of salary, we offer a competitive package commensurate with experience, estimated to be between $45,000 and $65,000 per annum, based on a 35-40 hour workweek.
