Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Route Sales Representative to join our team in Thunder Bay, Marathon, and Fort Frances. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our retail customers. Your primary objective will be to increase sales and drive business growth within your designated territory.
Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with retail customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market trends
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A valid full G or class 5 driver's license
- A car or reliable, consistent access to a car and a clear/clean driving record
- Scheduling flexibility: work schedule can vary (weekends/holidays included)
- Previous sales experience with a consumer-packaged goods or retail organization preferred
- Outstanding organizational skills (able to handle multiple priorities, problem solve, meet targets)
