About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Lead to join our team at Bankonloop. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search, social, email, and affiliate marketing.

As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will work closely with our product and sales teams to create and implement strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and scale campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and scale campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, landing pages, marketing automation, and overall campaign performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance through our CRM tools.
  • Continuously test and iterate on creative, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve ROI.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing successful PPC, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel.
  • Exceptionally clear and precise communication skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range CAD$80,000-$90,000 annual, commensurate with experience.
  • Equity ranging 0.01-0.05%.
  • Enrollment in group's health benefits after probation period.
