Carpentry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team at BAGRI EXTERIOR LTD.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Planning: Prepare detailed layouts and designs for building projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Material Selection and Procurement: Source and procure high-quality materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and other necessary materials.
- Construction and Installation: Build and install foundations, floor beams, subflooring, walls, and roof systems, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Finishing Touches: Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, completing the project with a high level of finish.
- Project Management: Schedule and coordinate work on sites, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruptions.
- Cost Estimation and Control: Accurately estimate costs and materials, maintaining a tight budget and ensuring profitability.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations on residential and commercial properties, including wooden structures in various industries.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
