Carpentry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry Specialist to join our team at KALASIDHU FRAMING AND RENOVATIONS LTD.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools and ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials, with a focus on quality and safety.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems, working efficiently and effectively.
- Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware, with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in various settings, including mills, mines, hospitals and industrial plants.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on safety and quality. The role will require the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces and in noisy and dusty conditions.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and judgment skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions.
