Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Driver Team Lead to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of delivery drivers, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of delivery drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals and providing excellent customer service.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our delivery team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our delivery drivers, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge and advance their careers.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively, ensuring that our operations are not disrupted and that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our customers, drivers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and up-to-date on our operations and any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of success in leading and developing teams.
  • Operations Management: Experience in managing and overseeing the daily operations of a team or department.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent international qualification – an asset.
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role or in a related field – an asset.
