We operate under various retailer banners, including Sleep Country, Dormez-vous, the rest, Endy, Hush, Silk & Snow, and Casper Canada. Our omnichannel and e-commerce operations include over 300 corporate-owned stores and 18 distribution centers across Canada.

Job Description

Shift

  • 4 days x 10 hour - Rotating Shifts

As a Delivery Driver/Helper, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering products to customers' homes in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, alternating between driving and helping capacities.
  • Safely operate our automatic 5-ton trucks.
  • Handle and assemble products into customers' homes while following health and safety procedures.
  • Complete required paperwork for each delivery.
  • Contribute to the Operations team to exceed goals and expectations.

Qualifications

The Qualifications and Experience we seek:

  • High school diploma.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift and move large items up to 88lbs (40kg).
  • Ability to work a flexible shift, including evenings and weekends.
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience operating a 5-ton vehicle or larger is an asset.
  • Experience working in a warehouse or delivery environment is an asset.
  • Bilingual English and French is required (verbal and written communication skills).
