Client Solutions Manager

GGB - Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our global brokerage team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide dedicated support to a designated portfolio of Auto clients, building strong relationships and driving business retention.
- Account Management: Review client accounts at renewal, ensuring accurate coverage and re-marketing opportunities are identified and acted upon.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products, working closely with Account Executives to drive business growth.
- Knowledge and Development: Stay up-to-date with new insurance products and policy changes, applying this knowledge to drive business success.
- Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time Management and Organization: Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, prioritizing client needs and driving business results.
- 1-2 years of experience in Auto insurance, preferably in a brokerage environment.
- Level 1 licensing considered a strong asset for the role.
- CAIB, CIP or CRM designations considered an asset for the role.
- Knowledge of EPIC an asset.
