Job Responsibilities
  • Administer pass control procedures, ensuring seamless airport operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, airline staff, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the Security Services Manager to ensure effective security protocols
Requirements
  • Valid RAIC through Transport Canada
  • Security License through the NS Department Of Justice
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Administrative training or equivalent experience
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
