Job Title: Landscaper/Hardscape Technician

At Riverstone Management, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional outdoor spaces that exceed our clients' expectations. As a Landscaper/Hardscape Technician, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's vision by installing and maintaining beautiful outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and hardscapes.
  • Use a variety of tools and equipment to ensure the upkeep of gardens and green areas.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in landscape maintenance or construction.
  • Basic knowledge of plants and how to care for them.
  • Proficient in using both manual and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English communication.
  • Dependable team player with a proactive attitude to anticipate company requirements.
  • Basic mechanical skills to perform routine equipment maintenance.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately.
  • Physical endurance to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to operate grounds construction equipment, including front end loader, backhoe, skidsteer, tractors, trencher, etc.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Reliable vehicle to get to and from job sites.
