Job Title: Landscaper/Hardscape Technician

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain outdoor spaces, including planting, mulching, trimming, and caring for plants, trees, and lawns.
  • Use a variety of tools and equipment to ensure the upkeep of gardens and green areas, creating inviting and functional outdoor environments.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in landscape maintenance or construction.
  • Basic knowledge of plants and how to care for them.
  • Proficient in using manual and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English communication.
  • Dependable team player with a proactive attitude to anticipate company requirements.
  • Basic mechanical skills to perform routine equipment maintenance.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
  • Physical endurance to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Reliable vehicle to get to and from job sites.
