We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at SUSHI HOUSE BANFF. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking sushi dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
- Supervise and instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food.
- Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions.
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
