Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Enseignes Visicom Signs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including managing contracts, scheduling appointments, and maintaining digital databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and compiling data and statistics.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, including scheduling appointments and maintaining digital databases.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
  • Organization: Plan and organize daily operations, including ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
